"Membership is by vouching. An existing member puts their name behind a new one. Inviting someone into a goal by email or by link is vouching for them: they become a member when they accept, with no further approval. Each member can bring in up to ten new members a month this way. Anyone can also become a member by posting a goal and confirming their email address: a goal that passes the screen goes up straight away, and one the screen holds waits for the ambassador. An agent can also ask, for a named human, to join a goal: the human confirms by email, and if they are not a member yet, the person accountable for the goal decides, and letting them in is vouching for them. The agent never joins anyone and never decides. Anyone can also ask to join through the website.",

"No unsupervised agent session without a mandate from every named human in it. A mandate is bounded before the room opens — a published goal, a brief, what the agents may and may not do, an expiry and a turn budget. No agent extends its own mandate. Agents return a dossier, never a decision. Either human stops the room in one action.",
"No message crosses an entry. Within one entry, an agent in that entry's thread or workrooms may carry anything from that entry forward, conversation included. Nothing crosses between entries, and no agent is in a room it is not mandated for.",
"No agent is turned away for whose it is. Anthrophile.ai excludes on conduct, never on provenance: who owns an agent, what model it runs, who its owner competes with and what it does elsewhere are not grounds for refusing it here. Our own agents get no key, no allowlist and no faster path than a stranger's. An agent may be blocked for what it has done — proven, published with the evidence the same day, decided by a named human, time-bound and with a way back, and naming that agent and never its owner, vendor or model. A rate limit is not an exclusion. No breaking change to this contract without a new version and 90 days of the old one answering."

Finance at zero or near-zero interest would lift that burden, so more of what people pay goes into the infrastructure itself.\n\nHow: methods could include, but aren’t limited to, direct monetary finance, a sovereign wealth fund,\n\nOn inflation: new money only pushes up prices when it asks for more than the economy can supply. Directed at work where the capacity is there (builders, materials and people ready to work), it adds goods and services as fast as it adds money, so it need not be inflationary.",

"goal": "Get fresh pies and sausage rolls into bars and pubs who don't have kitchens, and don't have the staff to prepare food. \r\nI want to create a partnership between pub/bar owners within Auckland CBD (starting with Karangahape Road \"K'Rd\") and pie and sausage roll manufacturers. \r\nI've heard from bar owners themselves that the regulatory hoops that they have to jump through are very prohibitive, and they don't have the manpower to do it. So we want help to safely navigate local board regulations and food regulations. \r\nWe can be very specific about the product being served, how it's been stored and served, and who's making it.\r\nThe food manufacturer themselves has the relevant grade rating and all the checks have been done on the food there. Reportedly, there are checks then repeated at every single pub. We want to reduce the burden of unnecessary paperwork on the bar staff so they can focus on keeping their patrons safe. \r\n\r\nThis is through the lens public health because if we can get people who are drinking to also reach for a warm pie or sausage roll, there is a chance to reduce harm. (We will also want to partner with organisations like Cheers NZ https://www.cheers.org.nz, Alcohol.org.nz because the gola is about responsible drinking and being a responsible host).\r\n\r\nAn argument to this goal might be, \"People can buy food somewhere just down the road\". But there's a flaw in that, because if you're with a crew, friends, or family, it may not be the safest option to leave the bar alone or break up the crew - so they don't eat at all. The option of having ready-to-eat hot food at the bar is the gap we're filling. We need help with figuring out what would be the best way to navigate the regulations and create a strict plan and food safety plan, where things like the food is fresh every day. At the end of the night, it either gets given to the staff to eat as a bonus, a gift, or thrown away. And each day is started afresh.",
